How does technology distract you from paying attention?
We might spend more time using technology than paying attention and because of they we might not listen attentively in class and miss out on certain information.
Spend some time in silence and pay attention to your inner life. What is bubbling to the surface?
The things are about problems I am facing currently in life, and not caring enough for the people around me.
